I made an order on Amazon worth Rs. xxxx/- today. Before placing the order for almost half an hour I tried accessing your Mcounts website so that I could enter and go to Amazon from your website but your website server was down.

What I have understood from this is that since it was obvious people will be placing orders in bulk in these 3 days of sale on Amazon you intentionally put down your servers so that you can avoid the cash back offers on your website.

Very nice strategy but it was all too apparent. Now the 1st thing that I am gonna do as soon as your website goes up online again I am going to delete my account. Thank You for all your service amigos at Mcounts and hope you go far ahead with these policies of yours.

It is really unfortunate that our website had some technical issues due to which you were not able to access our website.

We at Mcounts always keep our users as top priority. We make money only when our users make money.

Whenever a user purchases through us, the merchant gives us some commission for it. From this commission, 80% is given to the user and 20% is kept by us as revenue (We do not have any other source of revenue). If no sale happens through us, we do not make any money.

We have no intentions of pulling our site/server down and loose on our revenue and most of all our satisfied users.

We again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and promise you that we will do everything we can to make sure you have the best of of the shopping experience with us.
