When you purchase at our listed merchant website through Mcounts, the merchant tracks such purchases and sends us a report of purchases and these purchases are added to your account within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.
You can check the status of the purchase in insights section after logging in to Mcounts.
The Merchants usually take 5-9 weeks to approve purchases. This is taking into consideration the 30 day return policy and other internal processes.
Once the purchases are approved, the cashback is added into your account with 2 working days.
